MARCOS MIJÁN. A Spanish native, with a bachelor’s degree in media studies, Miján completed his formal education studying film directing at ECAM (the Madrid Film Academy) and at Peking University. He has worked as a screenwriter and assistant director for a Spanish Public Television documentary program, and also as an independent producer in Spain and Belgium. In 2005, he moved to Beijing to continue producing documentaries and to work for Chinese Public Television (CCTV). He has also worked in SOHU.com, leading Internet portal in Mainland China, and as a freelancer for several international broadcasters.

Marcos is responsible for the general management of Pangea Films as well as the production and directing of documentary films in both Europe and China.

CARLO MAGNESI. Born in Turin, Carlo studies in Beijing Language and Culture University (China), in Jean Moulin University in Lyon (France) and in Ca’ Foscari University in Venice (Italy), where he graduates in History of Oriental Art. After finishing his studies in China, he moves to Spain, where since 2005 works as coordinator of the Culture and Exhibition department of Casa Asia. Currently he also collaborates with the Documenta Madrid Film Festival, as member of the selection committee for full-length films.

Carlo is responsible for developing projects in Pangea Films.  

CELIA CERVERO. Experienced film editor, Celia has worked on multiple projects for the big screen. She combines her work as an editor with eventual screenplay writing and coordination of events at film festivals. Celia works as an editor for Pangea Films and in the development phase of some projects.
